Sprouted Chef is back at the Wynwood Yard!
We are continuing our cooking class series every other Wednesday at 7:00pm with new classes!
In this series we are traveling to Thailand to explore some authentic flavors and recipes.
We start by gathering in family style setting with our own cooking station where we will learn to make a savory, crunchy Thai salad. From there, I will teach you how to prepare an authentic spicy Thai dressing to toss our fresh vegetables in for an amazingly refreshing salad.
That is just the beginning… Let’s move on to coconut pumpkin curry! I will give each person the tools necessary to create a fresh red curry paste for a delicious curry using Kabocha squash, fresh vegetables and your choice of fresh, locally caught snapper or tofu.
