That's Amore - A fresh pasta workshop
In this class, Chef Sarah Myers will teach how to make pasta dough from scratch. We will take our fresh dough then hand roll into sheets to be machine cut it into pasta shapes from specific Italian regions. We will make two types of pasta to eat, pesto genovese and linguine and classic tomato basil sauce with vermicelli.
You are given all the tools necessary so you and friends can be guided by culinary pros as you make your own delicious meal and take that knowledge home with you. Come play, make freinds and feast!
